If there is one thing I have learned is the path to success in any area of life is by following a plan. As the year comes to a close have you reflected on your successes as well as the things you did not accomplish? Have you put together a game plan for the coming year?

There is an old adage that says, "Be thankful for what you've got." While that statement may not seem like a lot, it is packed full of truth. I know this to be true in my own life. Lately, I have been so preoccupied with my own problems and trials that I have not taken the time to stop and be thankful for the things that I have or what I have accomplished.

Every leader has likely encountered an employee who questions or decorously challenges some of the leader's ideas, or policies.
